The Manager position will bring out and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The role of Manager is responsible to grow top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience. The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Outstanding personal sales
2. Training sales associates
3. A strong customer service environment
4. Execution merchandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing

Requirements:

1. 2+ years Management experience with a retailer (mall based preferred but not required)
2. Strong command of written and spoken English
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Strong time management skills
5. Available evening and weekends
